・Personal information of users of our outsourced project introduction services
To perform procedures related to the use of our services, provide the services, and provide information related to such services.

・Personal information of applicants for employment with United World
To conduct recruitment activities, including communication with applicants and candidate screening and selection.

・Personal information of United World employees

We use such information within the necessary scope for purposes including compliance with procedures required under the Employment Security Act and other applicable laws and regulations; management of registered users and employers; communications; introduction of job opportunities; provision of information to employers; management of successful placements; and statistical analysis for publication in various media.

(2) Personal Information Received in Connection with Outsourced Project Introduction Services

We use such information within the necessary scope for purposes including management of user information, communications with users, introduction of outsourced projects, provision of information to client companies, project management, and statistical analysis for publication in various media.

(3) Personal Information Received During Employee Recruitment and Selection

We use such information within the necessary scope for purposes including communications, sending documents, screening and selection, employment procedures, and human resources and labor management following employment.

(4) Recording of Telephone Calls and Inquiries

We may record telephone conversations for purposes such as confirming and maintaining records of inquiries and communications.

Overseas Storage of Personal Information for Disaster Recovery Purposes

As part of our disaster recovery measures, United World maintains backup servers in Singapore for information systems containing personal information we have collected. These backup servers are intended to be activated and used by United World employees in Japan in the event that our servers located in Japan become unavailable due to a disaster or similar incident. Personal information stored on these backup servers is not provided to contractors or other third parties located in Singapore or any other foreign country.
