・iOS/AndroidOSに対する深い知識と理解があり、各OSに最適化されたアプリケーションの設計・開発スキル
・各Storeへのスマホアプリのリリースおよびストア運用経験
・XcodeやInstrumentsに習熟しており、複雑な調査やデバッグを行うスキル
・Android Studio/Gradleに習熟しており、パフォーマンス改善などの調査やデバッグを行うスキル
・Androidアプリで用いられるOSSに対する最新かつ深い知識とそれらを用いた実装スキル
・ユニットテスト/機能テスト/E2Eテストを含むソフトウェアテストに関する知識と開発経験
・データベース(RDBMS/NoSQL)を効率的に利用するためのデータモデル設計の知識と経験
・クラウドにおける開発経験(特にGCP、もしくはAWS)

[Requirements]
- N2 level Japanese language skills
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Strong empathy for vision, mission, and values
- Certain smartphone application design, development, and operation skills required for iOS/Android application development
- Deep knowledge and understanding of iOS/Android OS, and skills in designing and developing applications optimized for each OS.
- Experience in releasing smartphone apps to each Store and store operations
- Proficiency with Xcode and Instruments to perform complex research and debugging
- Proficiency in Android Studio/Gradle to investigate and debug performance improvements
- Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of OSS used in Android applications and implementation skills using them
- Knowledge and development experience in software testing, including unit testing, functional testing, and E2E testing
- Knowledge and experience in data model design for efficient use of databases (RDBMS/NoSQL)
- Experience in cloud development (especially GCP or AWS)
- Experience in team development using version control systems such as Git/GitHub/bitbucket

- Project management or team leadership experience
- Experience developing and operating in a microservices architecture
- Experience in on-call support of services
