The Railway Business Unit is expanding its business overseas, and each role requires collaboration and cooperation with overseas countries.
As the HR person in charge of railway business in Japan (Tokyo area), you will work with stakeholders to accomplish the mission.

[Job details]
・Understanding needs in organization/human resource allocation and planning and implementation of corresponding measures
・Responsible for carrying out work such as forming a population, attracting candidates, and evaluating selection in new graduate recruitment activities, as well as coordinating with related workplaces and coordinating with recruitment agents in hiring experienced personnel.
・Personnel budget formulation and personnel management (monthly monitoring)
・Performing regular work related to compensation (salary increases, bonuses)
・Operation of human resources related systems
・Improving processes, etc. in the various operations mentioned above, collaborating with related personnel, and providing guidance/instruction to personnel in charge, etc.
・Employee attendance management and work style reform
・Payroll calculation and confirmation support
・Labor union support
・Promote diversity
・Analysis of internal surveys and planning and implementation of action plans
・Promotion of internal communication

・Experience in planning and operating HR operations (more than 3 years)
・Basic operational/legal knowledge related to HR operations (3 years or more)

・Basic IT skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
・Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
