【お仕事の内容】
原子力製品(小型軽水炉/BWRX-300)に関して、顧客の課題やニーズを把握し、その解決のためのQAQCの計画を行っていただきます。
重大事故未然防止・品質コンプライアンス違反防止に向けて、業務の担当者として、引き合い・提案から顧客引き渡しに至るまでの各業務の監視及び指導、最終的な合否判定、顧客引き渡し後の稼働状況の監視等に関する実務を遂行いただきます。

具体的には以下の職務をお任せする予定です。
・インプットとなる規制・規格要求事項、顧客要求事項、社内要求事項等から品質保証計画書、試験検査計画書、試験検査要領書等の図書の作成及び社内外関係者との調整
・策定したQAQC計画に基づき、工場での自社製品の検査、調達先での調達品立会検査業務の実施
[Job description]
Regarding nuclear power products (small light water reactor/BWRX-300), you will understand customer issues and needs and plan QAQC to resolve them.
As the person in charge, you will be in charge of monitoring and providing guidance on all operations, from inquiries and proposals to customer handover, in order to prevent serious accidents and quality compliance violations. In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out practical matters such as final pass/fail judgments and monitoring of operational status after delivery to the customer.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following duties:
・Prepare documents such as quality assurance plans, test and inspection plans, and test and inspection procedures based on input regulatory and standard requirements, customer requirements, internal requirements, etc., and coordinate with internal and external parties.
・Based on the established QAQC plan, conduct inspections of our own products at factories and witness inspections of procured products at suppliers. |

【必須要件】
・品質管理もしくは品質保証の業務経験を5年程度お持ちの方(経験されている業界は問いません。原子力以外の業界から入社した者も活躍しています。また設計職などで業務の一部として品質分野に携わられた方も歓迎します。)
・日常会話レベルの英語力(読み書きを主として英語の使用場面がございます。)
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)
【歓迎要件】
・QAQC業務経験に加え、製品製造の経験または知識があると望ましい。
・海外プロジェクト(特にASME)経験があると望ましい。
・原子力施設に関わる経験があると望ましい。
・顧客や社内の関連部署と適切にコミュニケーションが取れる人財が望ましい。
・TOEIC650点程度の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)があると望ましい。
[Requirements]
- Applicants with approximately 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance (regardless of the industry in which you have experience).
People who joined the company from industries other than nuclear power are also active. They also welcome those who have worked in the quality field as part of their work, such as in design positions. )
・Required English ability: Daily conversation level (English will be used mainly for reading and writing.)
・Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
[Preferred requirements]
・In addition to QAQC work experience, it is desirable to have experience or knowledge of product manufacturing.
・Experience with overseas projects (especially ASME) is desirable.
・Experience related to nuclear facilities is desirable.
・Desirable personnel who can communicate appropriately with customers and related departments within the company.
・It is desirable to have English proficiency of around 650 points on the TOEIC (a level that does not interfere with reading, writing, and email use). |
