【お仕事の内容】
弊組織では、高速炉、燃料製造、再処理施設に関わる市場調査、国内外動向調査、関連ステークホルダ(政府、学会、JAEA他)との調整・連携、事業戦略検討・立案から、実プロジェクト受注・推進など、当該分野の事業開拓から実プロまで幅広くフロント業務を推進します。
この中で、組織の責任者としてチームを率いて価値創出に向けた戦略の提案からアクションの実行、実プロジェクト受注までに対してマネジメントの責任を負い、組織の維持・発展と事業の成長に寄与します。
【職務詳細】
プロジェクトマネージャとして以下を実施いただきます。
〇市場調査、国内外動向調査:燃料サイクル分野に関わる国内外動向調査、政府動向調査、市場調査、競合調査他
〇事業戦略、ビジネスプラン策定:高速炉、再処理他燃料サイクル事業の事業性評価、ビジネスプラン策定、バリューチェーン構想、外部提携他
〇技術開発戦略策定:燃料サイクルに関する国内外技術動向調査、社内研究開発戦略・ロードマップ策定、研究所、大学他関係機関連携
〇アライアンス管理:関連するステークホルダ(政府、学会、JAEA、メーカ他)とのアライアンス、他関係構築
[Job description]
They receive and promote orders from market research, domestic and international trend research, coordination and collaboration with related stakeholders (government, academia, JAEA, etc.), consideration and planning of business strategies related to fast reactors, fuel production, and reprocessing facilities. In addition, they will promote a wide range of front-line operations, from business development in the field to actual projects.
As the person in charge of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the team and managing everything from making proposals to create value, taking action, and receiving orders for actual projects. It also contributes to the maintenance and development of the organization and the growth of the business.
[Job details]
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the following:
〇Market research, domestic and international trend research: Domestic and international trend research related to the fuel cycle field, government trend research, market research, competitive research, etc.
〇Business strategy, business plan formulation: Business evaluation of fast reactor, reprocessing and other fuel cycle businesses, business plan formulation, value chain concept, external alliances, etc.
〇Technology development strategy formulation: Research on domestic and international technology trends related to fuel cycles, formulation of in-house R&D strategies and roadmaps, collaboration with research institutes, universities and other related organizations
〇 Alliance management: Building alliances and other relationships with related stakeholders (government, academia, JAEA, manufacturers, etc.) |

【必須要件】
・原子力分野あるいは再エネ分野他何かしらのプラント領域の開発・設計に係る基礎知識及びエンジニアリング経験又はプロマネ経験(目安3年以上)(高速炉、再処理、廃棄物処理、廃止措置などに関する知識等あれば尚可)
・必要な英語力:TOEIC 650点以上、技術業務・打合せ可能なレベル
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)
【歓迎要件】
・高速炉、再処理、廃棄物処理、廃止措置などの分野における実務経験(設計・開発・プロジェクトいずれも可)
・プロセス工学、プロセスエンジニアリング
・原子力工学、放射線化学、化学工学に関する知識
・大企業におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験・エンジニアリング経験
[Requirements]
・Basic knowledge and engineering experience or professional management experience (3 years or more) related to the development and design of nuclear power, renewable energy, or other plant fields (knowledge of fast reactors, reprocessing, waste treatment, decommissioning, etc.) (optional)
・Required English ability: TOEIC 650 points or higher, technical work/meeting level
・Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
