The head office is in Tokyo and remote work is also possible.
[About the product]
The company provides apps (iOS, Android) that collect virtual currency just by shopping in 160 countries around the world, and they have more than 1800 partners on major EC sites in each country such as Walmart, BestBuy, eBay. This Japanese version will be released in partnership with a major Japanese company. They plan to partner with retailers around the world to create an economic zone like the "global version of T Point." Therefore, the company is aiming to become the world's No. 1 smartphone app in terms of the number of users (currently 300,000 users). |

IPO実現に足る組織体制の構築
これまでビジネスの拡大を優先してきた面もあり、プレイングマネージャーとして管理部門をほぼ一から作り上げるイメージで取り組んでいただきます。
株主、監査法人等との各種折衝にも大きな期待が寄せられています。
IPO準備、国内外からの資金調達、海外展開に向けて、コーポレート部門の「ゼロイチ」の組織作りから「ゼロ⇒10」の成長戦略までを担っていただきます。
[Job description]
After joining the company, you will play an active role as the manager of the corporate division, and in the future, you will be in a position to grow the company together with the CEO from the standpoint of the management team as CFO. For IPO preparation, domestic and overseas fund procurement, and overseas expansion, you will be responsible for everything from a scratch in the corporate division to a "0⇒10" growth strategy.
[Detail]
You will be responsible for building an organizational structure sufficient to realize an IPO. In some respects, the company has prioritized business expansion, so as a playing manager, you will work with the image of creating a management department from scratch. There are also great expectations for various negotiations with shareholders, audit firms, etc.
