核燃料サイクルに係わる研究開発全般を担い、製品・サービスにおけるイノベーションと破壊的技術の創生のために、核燃料サイクル分野における技術開発の責任者、又は専門家として、社内外の多様なステークホルダーとのバランスを加味し、社内外の関係者との関係を構築する。
自身の経験や先行研究から積極的に学習し、自身とチームの研究の完遂を通じて、最善の方法を生み出す。
【職務詳細】
■市場動向把握と外部ネットワーク
革新的な業界動向、変革者、新興市場または新たな事業機会につながる市場を特定するために、市場動向を把握する方法を探索し標準化を進める。
■イノベーション戦略、パイプライン、ロードマップ
イノベーションロードマップの中で、先頭に立ってイノベーションに向けた取組みを推進し、戦略を実行するための適切なリソースを確保する。
■研究資金の調達
現行コストの定量化、プロジェクト投資の妥当性の立証、投資収益の特定を行うために、研究資金調達用のビジネスケースの策定に貢献する。
■リサーチ
上長からの指導を受けて、研究プログラムの重要部分に関する計画または実行(あるいはその両方)の責任を担う。
■製品およびソリューションの開発
複雑な製品やサービスの提案を受け、その実現可能性と妥当性を分析および評価する。
必要に応じて、上長からの指導を受けて、開発および修正する。
また、製品開発または専門チームが実行する活動を監督する。
■情報提供とビジネス上の提言
方針と手順を解釈および適用し、複雑または論争を引き起こすような問題や課題を解決し、他者が適切な行動を取れるようにするための専門的な提言を行う。
■ナレッジマネジメント
方針とプロセスを策定し、ベストプラクティスを作成し、ケーススタディを整備し、社内で知識共有セッションを実施する。
社員間で知識を共有し、実践を支援するために、特定の専門分野におけるプロジェクトやプログラムの成果、革新的な実践に関する知識を共有する。

Responsible for overall research and development related to the nuclear fuel cycle. In order to create innovation and disruptive technology in products and services, build relationships with internal and external parties as a person in charge of technology development and an expert in the nuclear fuel cycle field.
Actively learn from your own experience and previous research, and create the best methods by completing your own and your team's research.

■Understanding market trends and external networks
Explore and standardize ways to understand market trends to identify innovative industry trends, change makers, emerging markets, or markets that lead to new business opportunities.
■Innovation strategy, pipeline, roadmap
Take the lead in promoting innovation initiatives within the innovation roadmap and secure appropriate resources to execute the strategy.
■Procurement of research funds
Contribute to the development of business cases for research funding to quantify current costs, justify project investments, and identify return on investment.
■Research
Responsible for planning and/or execution of important parts of the research program, with guidance from superior.
■Product and solution development
Receive complex product and service proposals and analyze and evaluate their feasibility and appropriateness.
Develop and modify as necessary with guidance from superiors.
Also supervises product development or activities performed by specialized teams.
■Information provision and business recommendations
Interpret and apply policies and procedures, resolve complex or controversial problems and issues, and provide professional recommendations to help others take appropriate action.
■Knowledge management
Develop policies and processes, develop best practices, develop case studies, and conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions.
Share knowledge about project and program results and innovative practices in specific areas of expertise in order to share knowledge and support practice among employees. |
