低炭素社会と高度循環社会の同時実現に向け、LCA(ライフサイクルアセスメント)を活用したイノベーションと破壊的技術の創生のために、研究開発業務を担当していただきます。
社内外の学習機会を活用するとともに、自身の経験や先行研究から積極的に学習し、自身の研究の完遂を通じて、最善の方法を生み出す仕事です。
資源の循環性を考慮したLCAソリューションの開発と、LCAを活用したプロダクト・サービスの環境・経済価値向上に関する研究開発を行っていただきます。
【職務詳細】
サーキュラーエコノミーに向けたLCA活用技術に関する研究開発
・業界動向、変革者、新興市場または新たな事業機会につながる市場の特定に向けた市場動向の調査・分析・事業戦略立案・研究開発戦略
・イノベーションパイプラインの問題点の特定、およびそれを克服する方法の特定
・期待される責務を果たすための研究活動
・内外の顧客またはステークホルダからの問い合わせへの対応
・開発技術の実装、およびベストプラクティスやケーススタディの収集
・社内の知識共有セッションへの参加。プロジェクトやプログラムの成果、革新的な実践に関する知識の共有
[Job description]
Research and development on LCA utilization technology for circular economy
・Investigation and analysis of market trends to identify industry trends, innovators, emerging markets or markets that lead to new business opportunities ・Business strategy planning ・R&D strategies
・Identification of problems in the innovation pipeline and ways to overcome them
・Research activities to fulfill expected responsibilities
・Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers or stakeholders
・Implementation of developed technology and collection of best practices and case studies
- Participation in internal knowledge sharing sessions. Sharing knowledge about project and program outcomes and innovative practices |

【必須要件】
・機械工学の専門知識を習得している方(研究機関や大学等で研究開発するレベル)
・プログラミングの知識、経験がある方
・TOEIC650点程度の英語力のある方(読み書きに支障のないレベル)
・学会発表または論文投稿の実績

・メカトロニクス(センシング、制御)に関する知識・経験がある方
・プロジェクトにおけるリーダーシップ経験
・AI、機械学習、ビックデータ解析の知識、経験がある方
・CAD、CAEの経験がある方
・pythonによるプログラミング経験がある方
・国際学会での発表経験、ビジネスレベルの英語力(英会話での打合せに支障のないレベル)
[Requirements]
・Those who have acquired specialized knowledge in mechanical engineering (at the level of research and development at research institutes, universities, etc.)
・Those who have programming knowledge and experience
- Those who have English proficiency with a TOEIC score of around 650 (a level that does not hinder reading and writing)
・Achievements in conference presentations or paper submissions
