【お仕事の内容】
様々な事業で、オートメーションの導入や運用を効率化するために、ロボットとITに関する先端技術を応用して、ソリューションを創生する研究開発を担当いただきます。また、研究テーマの製品化、現場への適用まで担当していただく場合があります。
【職務詳細】
・社会インフラの運用状態や顧客業務の分析に基づいたオートメーションのシステム設計、開発
・ロボットの認識、動作計画、制御において深層学習等を用いた知能化とアルゴリズム実装・実機検証
・ロボット導入環境に関する情報や業務タスクをもとに、ロボットの運用効率化に関する研究

You will be in charge of research and development to create solutions by applying cutting-edge robot and IT technologies to streamline the introduction and operation of automation in various businesses. In addition, you may be responsible for commercializing research themes and applying them to the field.

・Automation system design and development based on analysis of social infrastructure operational status and customer operations
・Intelligence and algorithm implementation using deep learning, etc. in robot recognition, motion planning, and control ・Actual machine verification
・Research on improving the operational efficiency of robots based on information about the robot introduction environment and business tasks |

【必須要件】
・ロボティクスに関するシステムのソフトウェア研究開発、ハードウェア開発のいずれか、もしくは両方の実務経験
・ロボティクスに関する認識や動作制御などのプログラミング経験
・TOEIC650点程度の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)
・学会発表または論文投稿の実績

【歓迎要件】
・特定の業種でシステム開発を行ない、顧客との実証試験や実運用の経験

・ビッグデータ解析およびAI、数理最適化等を応用したシミュレーションや最適化に関する研究開発の経験
・博士号、技術士等の資格
[Requirements]
・Practical experience in software research and development, hardware development, or both for robotics-related systems.
・Programming experience such as robotics recognition and motion control
・English proficiency with a TOEIC score of around 650 (a level that does not interfere with reading, writing, and email use)
・Achievements in conference presentations or paper submissions

・Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience in developing systems in a specific industry, conducting demonstration tests with customers, and conducting actual operations.
