 仕事内容Job description |
機械学習・深層学習技術を応用した自然言語処理技術(対話処理も含む)の研究開発を担当いただきながら、チームメンバー・後進の研究・技術開発指導を行っていただくことも期待します。
いずれはチームを引っ張るリーダーとなっていただき、研究戦略検討やNLP技術を活用する新サービス・事業の構想なども担っていただくことを期待します。

・事業部・顧客への技術プレゼン・提案、製品試作・実証実験等の提案・実施
・自然言語処理技術の研究ファンド提案
・研究チームのリード、後進の研究指導
[Job description]
We expect you to be in charge of research and development of natural language processing technology (including dialogue processing) that applies machine learning and deep learning technology, while also providing guidance on research and technology development to team members and junior staff.
We hope that you will eventually become a leader who will lead the team, and be responsible for considering research strategies and creating new services and business ideas that utilize NLP technology.

【必須要件】
(1)実務で自然言語処理技術の研究開発またはその応用アプリケーション開発に従事した経験(3年以上)
(2)TOEIC 800点以上の英語力(自然言語処理技術に関しての口頭・メール議論に支障ないレベル)
(3)研究プロトを開発できるプログラミングスキル(Pythonを中心として)
(4)学会発表または論文投稿の実績

[Requirements]
(1) Practical experience in research and development of natural language processing technology or the development of its applied applications (3 years or more)
(2) English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher (a level that does not interfere with oral and email discussions regarding natural language processing technology)
(3) Programming skills to develop research prototypes (mainly Python)
(4) Record of conference presentations or paper submissions
