[Job description]
Based on your knowledge of software engineering, you will be responsible for overall research and development in order to lead innovation in the group's business fields, and as a coordinator of operations in order to create innovation and disruptive technology in products and services. Their job is to build relationships with related parties, utilize internal and external learning opportunities, actively learn from their own experiences and previous research, and create the best methods by completing their own research.
You will be in charge of research and development to strengthen cutting-edge software and systems required for industry, distribution, automobiles, railways, medical equipment, elevators, storage, AI-based digital solutions, financial systems, government/municipal systems, etc.
You can be involved in some or all of a wide range of activities, such as formulating technology development strategies, technology development activities through prototyping, intellectual property creation activities, and returning results to society through academic activities.

【必須要件】
・工学、情報科学、または理学(数学or物理)の修士以上
・システム設計や構築・運用の経験、またはシステム開発を支援する環境・ツールの開発経験(対象サービスやシステムの規模は不問)
・TOEIC650点以上の英語力
・論文掲載経験または学会講演経験
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)

・統計や機械学習の業務経験

[Requirements]
・Master's degree or above in engineering, information science, or science (mathematics or physics)
・Experience in system design, construction, and operation, or experience in developing environments and tools that support system development (regardless of the scale of the target service or system)
・English proficiency with TOEIC score of 650 or higher
・Experience in publishing papers or giving lectures at academic conferences
・Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
