1. Development of new substrate processing technology for next-generation semiconductor substrates (GaN substrates, SiC substrates, etc.)
2. Processing quality evaluation and analysis of next-generation semiconductor substrates
3. Patent application for development technology
4. Improvement of yield and productivity of substrate processing process
5. Improvement / modification of board processing equipment |

1.商社、資材メーカー等にて営業のご経験をお持ちの方
2.自動車業界で営業または調達のご経験をお持ちの方
3.業界問わず、顧客やサプライヤー(非自動車含む)と価格交渉を行ったご経験をお持ちの方
[Requirements]
・ Experience in developing technologies for crystal processing, crystal evaluation, and crystal growth of next-generation semiconductor substrates (GaN substrates, SiC substrates, etc.) and compound semiconductor substrates.
・ Knowledge of physics, chemistry, or machinery
・ Knowledge of material analysis, precision processing, or materials engineering
