現在、エンジニア組織を拡大されており、Web・アプリ開発チームにおいてテックリードをご担当いただきます。
・テックリードとして開発をリードし、開発プロセスの改善や最適化を行いながら開発組織の成長を促します。
・プロダクトオーナーと連携しながら、プロダクトを技術視点でハンドリング、構築していきます。
・オフショア開発チームにタスクを切り出し、連携・進捗管理 (ベトナム中心)する場合もあります。

[Job description]
They are currently expanding our engineering organization and are looking for a Tech Lead to join our web and app development team.
- As a Tech Lead, you will lead the development, improve and optimize the development process, and promote the growth of the development organization.
- The Tech Lead will be responsible for the development of the product from a technical point of view, working closely with the product owner to handle and build the product.
- The Tech Lead will also be responsible for the coordination and progress management of the offshore development team (mainly in Vietnam).
