本社工場では、精密プラスチック金型の設計/製造、成形、塗装、印刷、組立、設計開発及び技術者の派遣事業(外装設計、機構設計等々)、EMS(電子機器受託製造サービス)、ITソリューション開発(生産現場自動化のシステム開発)を行っております。国内だけでなく、アジアを中心に海外展開も早くから行われており、中国、ベトナム、フィリピンに工場を構えております。それぞれ、ベトナムでは精密プラスチック金型の設計、製造、フィリピン工場では、精密プラスチック金型の設計/製造、メンテナンス、アフターサービス、中国では企画から量産までの製造委託を行っております。

[Company Profile]
This company manufactures plastic parts on contract from automobile manufacturers, home appliance manufacturers, etc.
At the head office factory, they handle precision plastic mold design/manufacturing, molding, painting, printing, assembly, design and development, engineer dispatch business (exterior design, mechanism design, etc.), EMS (electronic equipment contract manufacturing service), and IT solution development. (system development for production site automation). They have been expanding not only domestically but also overseas, mainly in Asia, with factories in China, Vietnam, and the Philippines. In Vietnam, they design and manufacture precision plastic molds; in the Philippines, they design, manufacture, maintain, and provide after-sales services for precision plastic molds; and in China, they outsource everything from planning to mass production.

 仕事内容Job description |
製品の設計から金型、量産までを手掛けており、企画段階から入り各工程についての提案営業をして頂くことが可能です。
受注までの営業活動から、立ち上げ、量産、納品までを各部署と共に管理し、顧客先との調整を図ります。
顧客の仕様に基づいて生産を行い納入する事業形態のため、数より質を追うことができます。
また環境に優しいエコプラスチックの開発等技術開発にも力を入れており、幅広い製品の提案が可能なことも営業の強みです。
[Job description]
They handle everything from product design to molding and mass production, and you can start from the planning stage and make sales proposals for each process.
You will work with each department to manage everything from sales activities up to receiving orders, to startup, mass production, and delivery, and coordinate with customers.
Because they manufacture and deliver products based on customer specifications, you can pursue quality over quantity. |
