【お仕事の内容】
◇物流倉庫内の管理システム(WMS)の元で実行される、入荷~棚入/棚出~出荷までの作業を自動または半自動で制御するシステム(WES/WCS)を作り上げる
◇お客様の現状オペレーション(As Is)と物流業界のハード・ソフトソリューションを理解し、QCD の観点で最適なシステム構成と新しいオペレーション(To Be)を提案する
◇市場における競争力を高めるべく、他社との差別化や付加価値の高い機能を開発する、またコストダウンを検討、実行する
◇システム開発における、要件定義、フロー作成、テスト検証を行う
◇システム開発のパートナー企業に対し、仕様作成、進捗フォロー、指導と管理を行う
◇自動化ソリューションとの連携(WCS)を実現するため、マテハンベンダーとの I/F 仕様調整や動作フローの定義を行う
[Job description]
◇ Create a system (WES/WCS) that automatically or semi-automatically controls the work from receiving to shelving/unloading to shipping, which is executed under the management system (WMS) in the distribution warehouse.
◇ Understand the customer's current operations (As Is) and the logistics industry's hardware and software solutions, and propose optimal system configurations and new operations (To Be) from a QCD perspective
◇In order to increase competitiveness in the market, differentiate ourselves from other companies and develop high value-added functions, as well as consider and implement cost reduction measures.
◇ Defining requirements, creating flows, and verifying tests in system development
◇Create specifications, follow progress, provide guidance and management to system development partner companies
◇In order to realize cooperation with automation solutions (WCS), adjust I/F specifications and define operation flows with material handling vendors. |

【必須要件】
◇物流倉庫、工場(業種は不問)などの現場作業を経験、または作業分析を行い、作業者目線での開発提案が出来ること
◇ソフトウェア開発の経験(規模は不問、リリース実績が必要)
◇情報システム関連の学士号または相当する学業経験(資格保有など)
◇アプリケーション(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)を活用して、仕様書・提案書・データ分析作業が出来ること
◇チームワークの醸成ができ、全体最適を見据えてアクションがとれる
◇新たなチャレンジや学びを受け入れて、自己成長を楽しめる
◇英語力:日常会話レベル
◇日本語力:ビジネス以上(N2)

◇物流倉庫内のシステム開発と立ち上げ経験(WMS, WCS)
◇物流業界のハード・ソフト両方のソリューション知識を把握していること
◇物流または生産工場などでの自動化(省人化)導入経験
◇プロジェクトマネージメントスキル(システム開発に限らない)
[Requirements]
◇ Experience working on-site at a distribution warehouse, factory (regardless of industry), or being able to analyze work and make development proposals from a worker's perspective.
◇Software development experience (no matter the scale, release track record required)
◇Bachelor's degree related to information systems or equivalent academic experience (e.g. holding qualifications)
◇Ability to use applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to analyze specifications, proposals, and data.
◇Able to foster teamwork and take action with an eye on overall optimization
◇Enjoy self-growth by accepting new challenges and learning
◇English ability: Daily conversation level
◇Required Japanese ability:Business or higher (N2)

◇Experience in system development and startup within a distribution warehouse (WMS, WCS)
◇ Knowledge of both hardware and software solutions in the logistics industry
◇Experience in introducing automation (labor saving) in logistics or production factories, etc.
