弊社では、製造/生産エンジニアを募集しています。このポジションには、マテリアルハンドリングとソリューションデザインの豊富な知識、製造業と生産技術の経験が求められます。
プロジェクトのイメージ:倉庫、物流センター、または生産ラインでの効率化、自動化を実現するため顧客現場の現状分析、要件定義を行い、予算内で現実的かつ効率的なソルーションを提案する。実際の導入・実装のため、CADでのレイアウト設計を実行し、効率化、生産性向上実現する。実際の導入・実装をFacility Engineerとその他メンバーと連携し、進めていく。
・工場やラインの設計に向けたマテリアルハンドリングソリューションの設計と実装
・数値データの分析や統計解析
・生産プロセスの技術的なリーダーシップと現場での手作業サポート
・複数のチームと協力してプロジェクトを実施する
・プロジェクトのタイムラインと予算の策定と維持
・ステークホルダーや顧客との効果的なコミュニケーション
・製造・生産技術の最新技術やトレンドに精通
・マテハン業界において、ソリューションの最前線において業務に従事
・工場プラント、プラントラインの設計やリーダーシップなどを担当
・数値分析に強く、設計のみではなく、レイアウトの作成なども行う

[Job description]
They are hiring a Manufacturing/Production Engineer. This position requires extensive knowledge of material handling and solution design, as well as experience in manufacturing and production technology.
Project image: In order to achieve efficiency and automation in warehouses, distribution centers, or production lines, they analyze the current situation at the customer site, define requirements, and propose realistic and efficient solutions within the budget. For the actual introduction and implementation, they will perform a layout design using CAD to improve efficiency and productivity. Actual introduction and implementation will be carried out in collaboration with Facility Engineer and other members.
・Design and implementation of material handling solutions for factory and line design
・Numerical data analysis and statistical analysis
・Technical leadership of production processes and on-site manual support
・Cooperate with multiple teams to implement projects
・Developing and maintaining project timelines and budgets
・Effective communication with stakeholders and customers
・Familiar with the latest technology and trends in manufacturing and production technology
・Working at the forefront of solutions in the material handling industry
- Responsible for design and leadership of factory plants and plant lines.
- Strong in numerical analysis, not only designing but also creating layouts etc.

【必須要件】
・生産性向上のため自動化、またはその他の方法で改善提案、またはプロジェクトを率いた経験
・5年以上の製造業と生産技術の経験
・マテリアルハンドリングとソリューションデザインの豊富な知識
・工場やライン設計の実務経験
・倉庫、または生産ライン構築、立ち上げの経験
・数値分析と統計解析の実務経験
・CADでのライン設計経験
・英語力:日常会話レベル
・日本語力:ビジネス以上(N2)
【歓迎要件】
・リーダーシップ経験
・ロボットやプロセス設計の経験
・海外でのビジネス経験、または海外出張経験のある方
・英語が流暢であることが望ましい

・English ability: Daily conversation level
・Required Japanese ability:Business or higher (N2)
