【お仕事の内容】
「新しいスタイルの金融マーケティングで、日本を代表する金融機関創造へ向けて。」
・今後の事業拡大に向け、TV、デジタル等を使用したダイレクトマーケティングの領域を主体的に進めていただける方(マネージャーレベル)
・現在の集客モデルでも顧客獲得できていますが、これをさらに加速、向上させていただけるダイレクトマーケティングの知見を持った方を探されております。
【業務内容】
新規顧客獲得をミッションとしたマーケティング・ダイレクトマーケティングの企画立案、メディアの管理、実施、運用までをお任せいたします。
マス(TV広告等)、デジタル(WEB、SNS等)、などのダイレクトマーケティングについて、プランニングから運用・管理・改善まで、PDCAをご担当いただきます。
1 メディアを活用したダイレクトプロモーションの企画、広告代理店やメディアへのディレクションや交渉
2 各種クリエイティブの管理、改善、制作ディレクション
3 結果の分析をしながらCPAやLTV改善

・Although they are able to acquire customers using their current customer acquisition model, they are looking for someone with direct marketing knowledge who can further accelerate and improve this process.
[Job details]
You will be in charge of marketing and direct marketing planning, media management, implementation, and operation with the mission of acquiring new customers. You will be in charge of PDCA from planning to operation, management, and improvement for direct marketing such as mass (TV advertising, etc.) and digital (WEB, SNS, etc.).
1 Direct promotion planning using media, direction and negotiations with advertising agencies and media
2 Management, improvement, and production direction of various creatives
3 Improve CPA and LTV while analyzing results |

【必須要件】
■日本語:ネイティブ
■広告代理店または事業会社でのダイレクトマーケティング実務経験:3年以上
【歓迎要件】

・イベントやセミナーの実施

■Direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or business company: 3 years or more
