[Company Profile]
A startup company that develops DX services for financial businesses with a focus on lending using data x technology.
They plan, develop, and operate an online lending platform to solve lending issues through technology.
Specifically, the platform service is a one-stop system for online lending for financial institutions and business companies that are developing or considering lending businesses. It is characterized by providing a one-stop system interface for both the user (the borrower) and the financial institution or business company (the lender).
In addition, as a new business, we have started to develop a digital debt collection management service.

 仕事内容Job description |
【お仕事の内容】
・オンラインレンディングサービスの設計
・エンジニア・PM・Bizと協働しながらの改善施策の設計
・施策の効果検証
・新規プロダクトの設計
・金融機関に提供しているシステムの顧客管理画面、顧客側の画面の作成
具体的には、
・クライアントからの要望を聞いて既存機能を改修、追加など
・プロダクトマネージャーがニーズを整理して課題を伝えるので、ソリューションとして、どういった画面が必要か等を提案し、作成
・「OCRの技術を使用して画像情報を読み取る」「手作業の場合はこの情報入力場所を作成する」などのワイヤーフレームを作り、デザインに落としていく業務

- Design of online lending service
- Design improvement measures in collaboration with engineers, PM, and Biz
- Verify effectiveness of measures
- Design of new products
- Creation of customer management screens and customer-side screens for the system provided to financial institutions
Specifically,
- Designing new products ・Modifying and adding existing functions based on requests from clients
- The product manager organizes needs and communicates issues, so they propose what kind of screen is needed as a solution, etc., and create it.
- Create wireframes, such as "use OCR technology to read image information" or "create this information input location for manual work," and incorporate them into the design. |

勤務時間 :フルフレックス制(コアタイムなし)、05:00〜22:00のうち8時間勤務、1時間休憩。週3日の勤務〜可能です。
