顧客のサービス体験向上のために積極的にコミュニケーションをとりながら、課題の定義、技術的な解決策の検討、それらに伴う研究開発の企画、プロジェクト開始後の管理など、企画面・開発面で上流工程をご担当いただきます。

You will be responsible for upstream processes in terms of planning and development, such as defining issues, examining technical solutions, planning research and development associated with these issues, and managing the project after it starts, while actively communicating with customers to improve their service experience. |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:流暢で、顧客とのコミュニケーションに支障がないレベル
・何かしら一つ以上のプログラミング言語を習得されている方
【歓迎要件】
・開発や研究プロジェクトの管理経験があると望ましい
・英語の技術ドキュメントが必要最低限に読めること

- Required Japanese ability:Fluent and comfortable communicating with clients
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
[Preferred requirements]
- Experience in managing development and research projects is desirable.

Work location: Remote work in Japan

Overtime: In principle, none (however, if a project's peak season coincides with the company's peak season, it will occur after consultation between you and the company).
