【配属先ミッション】
生産性の高い操業や業務を実現するために、QC的な考え方*で業務遂行できる、問題解決力のある人材を育成する仕組みを構築し、運用を継続している
【職務内容】
①改善PJ参画:事業所社や新規事業部門での生産性改善・品質改善PJにデータサイエンティストとして参画し、事業部門や設備、IT関係者と協働で改善をあたっていただく。主な業務範囲は課題整理、仮説立案、必要データ把握、データ加工、解析、モデル化
②専門教育:生産性改善や品質改善を現場で自走化するために必要な論理的思考や統計教育の企画・運営
③新規技術開発:解析技術を社外から入手し、PoCで技術検証し、有益であれば社内展開を進める。社内外の技術情報交換会や勉強会への参画も含む
出張 頻度:月3~4回/月。期間:日帰り~数週間。拠点:国内が主。支援要請があれば海外もあり

[Assignment mission]

[Job description]
① Participation in improvement projects: Participate as a data scientist in productivity improvement and quality improvement projects at business offices and new business departments, and collaborate with business departments, equipment, and IT personnel to make improvements. The main scope of work is organizing issues, formulating hypotheses, understanding necessary data, data processing, analysis, and modeling.
②Specialized education: Planning and management of logical thinking and statistical education necessary for self-propelled productivity improvement and quality improvement in the field.
③New technology development: Obtain analysis technology from outside the company, verify the technology through PoC, and if it is beneficial, proceed with internal deployment. Including participation in internal and external technical information exchange meetings and study sessions
Business trip frequency: 3-4 times/month. Duration: Day trip to several weeks. Base: Mainly domestic. We also support overseas if there is a request for support.

・As this is a head office department, you can gain a wide range of experience with the MMS Group's upstream and downstream businesses and domestic and overseas bases.
