【お仕事の内容】
プロジェクトを推進しクライアントのビジネスゴールを達成へ導いていただきます。
プロジェクトは主にマネージャー1人に対しアソシエイト3～4人の1チームでの担当となり、チームのマネジメントをお願いいたします。
具体的には、
・お客様との間で良好な関係を築き現状分析、課題の抽出
・プロジェクトのステータスを分析し、対策を講じる
・チームマネジメント など
※ご入社後は「グローバル案件」「オフショア開発系」「IoT・AI関連」といった案件のアサインが想定されます。

・グローバル展開している大手クライアントの戦略会議や基幹システム見直しプロジェクトの運営
・企業のDX推進 等
[Job description]
You will be responsible for driving projects to achieve the client's business goals.
Projects are mainly assigned to a team of one manager and three to four associates, and you will be responsible for the management of the team.
Specifically
- Build good relationships with the client, analyze the current situation, and identify issues.
- Analyze the status of the project and take countermeasures
- Team management, etc.
*After joining the company, you will be assigned to "global projects," "offshore development projects," and "IoT/AI-related projects.

- Management of strategy meetings and core system review projects for major global clients
- DX promotion of a company, etc. |

・IT企業でのプロジェクトマネージャーの経験

・PMP、Prince2などの資格をお持ちの方
