The company has conducted experiments and analyses related to the diagnosis, prediction, and design of vibration and acoustic problems for various objects such as automobiles, trains, ships, airplanes, rockets, satellites, and buildings. They develop and sell the Hybrid SEA System software using the Hybrid SEA method, which is an extension of the Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) method.
In addition, they provide sensitive technical support and training on the Hybrid SEA System as part of their software maintenance.

You will be able to use the company's original sound and vibration analysis software to perform simulations on a PC, be involved in cutting-edge automotive development and acquire groundbreaking and cutting-edge knowledge of the simulation software industry.

仕事内容Job description [Job description]
You will be responsible for research and development of their proprietary software based on SEA (Statistical Energy Analysis), preparation and implementation of experiments to collect necessary data, and technical support to our customers.
Depending on the project you are in charge of, you may be required to travel to their office in Ohio, USA for 1-6 months on a long-term basis.
Ohio assignment is available upon request.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering with a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or mathematics.
- N2 level of Japanese language ability

[Preferred requirements]
- Business level English proficiency
- Experience as CAE engineer
- Knowledgeable about automotive development business
- Good at Excel.

Employment Type: Permanent
Trial period: 3 months (trial period of less than 1 month may be required before signing an employment contract)
Estimated annual income: ¥3.6M- ¥6M (Even though the starting annual salary is not that high, there are opportunities for salary increases every few months, and many people double their annual salary in 2-3 years)
Work location: Nagoya or Ohio in the states
Working hours: 9:00-18:00
Holidays:
-Between January~August: 2 full days off (Sat. and Sun.);
-Between September ~ December: all Saturdays (holidays), and every other Sunday
*plus national holidays. (105 days off per year)
Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
