This retail tech company develops and provides commerce platforms and consumer apps that allow more consumers to use online supermarkets and Q-Commerce, together with RCS (Robotics Convenience Store) and NFC (Nano Fulfillment Center) that utilize automation technology such as miniaturized automated warehouses and robots to meet the needs of Japanese online supermarkets and Q-Commerce operators regarding automation of fulfillment.
Founded under the vision of "transforming Retail with Digital and Automation to create the next CX,", the company has raised funds from well-known VCs such as UTEC-University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners and DNX Ventures. increase. ・流量分析、物流フロー、能力シミュレーション等の要件定義
・保管・搬送システム全体のレイアウト設計
・保管・搬送システムの機械設計
・製品仕様書、QFDなどの技術文書の作成・管理
・部品の選定・見積・部品表管理
・部品図、組立図の作成・管理
・FEM解析などを用いた応力解析、強度評価
・安全カテゴリ毎の要求事項に準じた設計
・納入先現場でのシステムの導入・立上
・納入後のシステムの技術サポート、機能改善、保守
【開発環境】
CAD:SOLIDWORKS、AutoCAD
[Job description]
・ Requirements definition for flow rate analysis, distribution flow, capacity simulation, etc.
・ Layout design of the entire storage / transport system
・ Mechanical design of storage / transport system
・ Creation and management of technical documents such as product specifications and QFD
・ Parts selection / quotation / parts list management
・ Creation and management of parts drawings and assembly drawings
・ Stress analysis and strength evaluation using FEM analysis, etc.
・ Designed according to the requirements of each safety category
・ Introduction and start-up of the system at the delivery site

【必須条件】
・3D CADを使用した産業機械の機械設計経験 2年以上
・産業機械の構造設計経験
・タイミングベルト、チェーン、ギヤなど伝達部品を用いた伝達機構の設計経験
・モータ、減速機、センサ、アクチュエータの選定と容量計算の経験
・仕事をやらされるのではなく、やろうとする、楽しめること
・新しいものを自ら作り出そうとする姿勢
・上流から下流まで一貫した開発のご経験
・周囲のメンバーと円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
・不明点に対して自発的な質問ができる方
・小売り業界にご興味がある方

・ Structural design experience of industrial machinery
・ Experience in designing transmission mechanisms using transmission parts such as timing belts, chains, and gears.
・ Experience in motor, reducer, sensor, actuator selection and capacity calculation
・ Business Japanese level
