The hiring company is an independent venture capital firm that invests in and supports the value-up of seed and early-stage start-ups with the vision of "A society that creates wealth and opportunities for all", and currently manages three funds with total assets under management of JPY 27 billion.
In addition to their offices in Tokyo, Jakarta (Indonesia) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), the company established a new office in Bangalore (India) in the summer of 2023, aiming to become a platform for sustainable and large-scale industry creation across Asia, working with all stakeholders that form society, including start-ups, business companies, investors, governments, local authorities and non-profit organisations, to grasp the "ideal state" of society.
The Portfolio & Partnership Management (PPM) team of the hiring company has a mission to "acquire funding and build systems to enable start-ups to continue to take on big challenges" and is recruiting a member to actively promote partnership building to cope with future asset growth and to achieve its vision and mission.

- 採用企業様のPPMチームのミッションに共感し、チームメンバーと連携をしながら自律的にミッション実現に向けたジャーニーをデザイン、推進できるメンバーを探されておられます。
- 初期的にはPPMチームの業務の中でも、特にファンド管理をご担当いただき、段階的にLPやその他のステークホルダーなど、社外との連携強化も担っていただく予定です。

- The hiring company is looking for a member who shares the mission of the PPM team and is able to design and drive the journey towards realising the mission autonomously in collaboration with team members.
- Initially, you will be responsible for the PPM team's work, particularly fund management, and in stages you will also be responsible for strengthening the collaboration with external parties, such as LPs and other stakeholders. |
