【具体的な業務内容】
◆新技術や新商品の開発
クライアントのニーズに応えていくほか、自分発信で開発を進めていくケースも。
また、既存製品の改良に携わることもあります。
◆加工機械の調査・検討
製造担当と連携しながら、機械の新規導入や改善などを検討し、自社製品の品質や生産性の向上を目指します。
◆他社製品の分析
新技術や新商品の開発に向けて、実際に他社製品に触れ、その機能などをチェックします。
◆ユーザーへの技術説明
営業担当に同行してお客さまのもとを訪れ、自分が手掛けた製品の強みや特徴などを説明します。
◆製造部門への技術サポート
量産化に入るタイミングで、製造する際の注意ポイントなどを、製造メンバーと共有します。

◆Investigation and consideration of processing machines
We aim to improve the quality and productivity of our own products by collaborating with manufacturing personnel and considering new introductions and improvements to machinery.
◆Analysis of other companies' products
In order to develop new technologies and products, participants will actually experience other companies' products and check their functions.
◆Technical explanation to users
You will accompany your sales staff to visit customers and explain the strengths and features of the products you have worked on.
◆Technical support for manufacturing department
When mass production begins, we will share important points to keep in mind during manufacturing with our manufacturing members.
