・業務改革、業務分析、業務設計等に関するプロセス
・大規模基幹システム刷新等の各種プロジェクトマネジメント など
大手クライアントを中心に、業務改革から、新規事業立案まで幅広いコンサルティングをご担当頂きます。
担当するクライアントは、業界や外資・内資問わず金融、製造、物流、リテール...etc

・Strategy planning
・Processes related to business reform, business analysis, business design, etc.
・Various project management such as large-scale core system renewal, etc.
You will be responsible for a wide range of consulting services, from business reform to new business planning, mainly for major clients.
The clients you are going to be in charge of are finance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, etc., regardless of industry or foreign or domestic capital. |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:ネイティブ
・企業の経営戦略の立案～提案～実践まで一気通貫で対応可能な方
・MBAホルダーもしくは同等のスキル、経験保有
・戦略コンサルの経験

・英語ビジネスクラス以上
・企業CXOへのリレーション保有の方
・契約後のチームビルデイングが可能な方
・IT構想書策定までの対応経験がある方

・MBA holder or equivalent skills and experience

試用期間 :6ヵ月間

勤務地 :東京(可能な限りリモート勤務ですが関東圏在住の方を優先します。)
勤務時間 :通常10:00~19:00(日本時間)となりますが、11:00~17:00(日本時間)がコアタイムとなっておりますので、前後の時間は相談の上、決定可
休日 :完全週休2日(土・日)、祝祭日
休暇 :夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、その他の休暇有

Trial period: 6 months
Estimated annual income: ￥10M~
Work location: Tokyo (working remotely where possible, but preference will be given to those living in the Kanto region).
Working hours: The normal working hours are 10:00~19:00 (Japan time), but 11:00~17:00 (Japan time) is the core time, so the hours before and after can be decided upon consultation.
Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
