They provide engineering services using their own sound and vibration analysis software to universities, government research institutes, and private companies in Japan and the United States, as well as related software development services. They develop and sell the Hybrid SEA System software using the Hybrid SEA method, which is an extension of the Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) method.
In addition, they provide sensitive technical support and training on the Hybrid SEA System as part of their software maintenance.

【お仕事の内容】
自社製品である実験解析系ソフトウェアを用いて、自動車の騒音・振動のシミュレーション実験を行っていただきます。
その実験の結果を実際の車にどう活かされるのかを自動車の部品などの取り付け、取り外しなどしながら検証していきます。
具体的には、
・振動、騒音の必要なデータ収集の為の実験準備・実施
・ソフトウェアの操作、エクセルなどを使用した解析のサポート
例えば、販売前の自動車の新しい自動車を開発するにあたり、同社のソフトウェアを用いながら、防音材など、どこの部品を変えたらどの程度騒音を削減できるかを解析し、シミュレーションします。
担当案件によって、1-6ヶ月アメリカオハイオ州のオフィスへの長期出張となることもあります。
希望があれば、オハイオ勤務も可能です。
[Job description]
We will conduct simulation experiments of automobile noise and vibration using their own experimental analysis software.
You will verify how the results of these experiments can be applied to actual vehicles by installing and removing automobile parts, etc.
Specifically, you will
prepare and conduct experiments to collect necessary data on vibration and noise.
support for analysis using software operation, Excel, etc.
For example, in developing a new pre-sale automobile, we analyze and simulate how much noise can be reduced by changing which parts, such as soundproofing materials, etc., while using the company's software.
Depending on the project you are in charge of, you may be required to travel to their office in Ohio, USA for 1-6 months on a long-term basis.
Ohio assignment is available upon request. |

・自動車整備士のご経験
・実験・解析業務経験
・自動車メーカーや防音材メーカーの勤務経験者で車の構造が理解できる方
【歓迎要件】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・自動車開発事業に知見のある方
・国内外、長期出張が出来る方(海外は中国や北米)
・マイクや加速度計を付けて、音や振動の実験経験者
NV計測など、実験(加速度センサーやマイク、ハンマリング)経験
LMS計測器を使った計測経験、パルスやNI、パックシステム等でも歓迎
・大学の工学部機械科は優遇、または物理、数学の学部卒
[Requirements]
- N2 level of Japanese language skills
Applicable to any of the following
- Automobile mechanic experience
- Experimental and analytical work experience
- Experience working for an automobile manufacturer or a soundproofing material manufacturer and have a good understanding of the structure of a car.
[Preferred requirements]
- Business level of English
- Knowledgeable about automobile development business.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for long periods of time (overseas to China and North America).
- Experience in sound and vibration experiments using microphones and accelerometers.
Experience in NV measurement and other experiments (acceleration sensors, microphones, hammering)
Measurement experience with LMS instrumentation, pulse, NI, pack systems, etc. are also welcome
-University engineering degree in mechanical engineering preferred, or undergraduate degree in physics or mathematics |

-Between January~August: 2 full days off (Sat. and Sun.);
