以下のようなプロジェクト・プログラムを幅広くご担当いただきます。
・グローバル・プロジェクトマネジメント
グローバルな知識や語学力を活かし、お客様のために各種のツール、技法、スキルを駆使します。
・グローバル・プログラムマネジメント
組織パフォーマンスの向上を目的として相互に関連性をもつプロジェクト群について、お客様とともにプロセスと運用を戦略的に管理します。
・グローバル・プロジェクトマネジメント・オフィス
プロジェクトの監視、監査、および統制によってお客様のプロジェクトが円滑に進むよう支援します。
・グローバルなERP(基幹系業務システム)プロジェクトマネジメント
マネジメント・スキルと業務機能に関する経験の強みを活かし、お客様のERPプロジェクトにおける評価と実装を成功させます。
・グローバル企業向けテンプレートによるロールイン/ロールアウト
複数拠点へのERP/SAPの実装において、グローバルな境界を越えた業務プロセスの効率的な管理をご支援します。テンプレートに基づくフィット・ギャップ分析や、それによる最適化と実装に関するアドバイスを行います。
You will be responsible for a wide range of projects and programs such as:
・Global project management
You leverage our global knowledge and language skills to utilize a variety of tools, techniques, and skills for our clients.
・Global program management
You work with our clients to strategically manage the processes and operations of interconnected projects aimed at improving organizational performance.
・Global Project Management Office
You help keep your projects running smoothly with project monitoring, auditing, and controls.
・Global ERP (core business system) project management
You leverage our management skills and operational experience to successfully evaluate and implement your ERP projects.
・Roll-in/roll-out using templates for global companies
When implementing ERP/SAP in multiple locations, you support efficient management of business processes that transcend global boundaries. You provide template-based fit-gap analysis and advice on optimization and implementation. |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・大規模システム導入プロジェクト参画経験
・PM/PMO経験
・グローバルプロジェクト経験(2年以上)
・日英バイリンガル:英語(ビジネスレベルで海外メンバーとの電話会議・Web会議のファシリテーション)
【歓迎要件】
・ERP導入PM/PMO経験
・ロジスティクス、会計いずれかの業務知見
・PMP資格又はPMBOK知見
[Requirements]
・Experience participating in large-scale system introduction projects
・PM/PMO experience
・Global project experience (2 years or more)
・Japanese-English bilingual: English (facilitation of telephone conferences and web conferences with overseas members at business level)
[Preferred requirements]
・ERP implementation PM/PMO experience
・Business knowledge in either logistics or accounting
・PMP qualification or PMBOK knowledge |
