【仕事内容】
開発中の自社プロダクトや、クライアントと共に進めるプロジェクトにおけるUIデザイナーの募集です。
弊社では、各クライアントの業界に特化したシステムを開発することによって、クライアントの自己変革、DXに貢献しています。コンサルチームが実際に各業界の中に入って理解を深め、クライアントと同じ目線のパートナーとして、様々なプロジェクトを立ち上げております。PM、エンジニアと連携し、UI設計に携わっていただきます。

[Job description]
You will be in charge of UI design for their own products under development and projects to be promoted to clients.
You can contribute to clients' self-transformation and DX by developing a system specialized for each client's industry. The consulting team actually goes into each industry to deepen their understanding and launches various projects as a partner with the same perspective as the client. You will be involved in UI design in cooperation with PM and engineers.

【必須条件】
・Adobe XD/Figma/Sketchを使用したUIデザインの実務経験
・アプリ、業務システム等のUI/UXデザインの実務経験(1年以上)
※選考時、ポートフォリオ必須
【歓迎条件】
・UXを考慮したデザインの実務経験
・OOUIへの理解、実務経験
・Human Interface GuidelinesやMaterial Designの理解
・デザインガイドラインやデザインシステムへの関心がある、構築経験がある
・ロゴやバナーなどのグラフィックデザイン経験
・HTMLやCSSのコーディング経験
[Requirements]
・Hands-on experience in UI design using Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch
・Practical experience in UI/UX design for applications, business systems, etc. (more than 1 year)
*A portfolio is required at the time of selection.

・Practical experience in designing with UX in mind
・Understanding of OOUI, work experience
・Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
・Has an interest in design guidelines and design systems, and has experience in construction

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and holidays) / Year-end and New Year holidays / GW / Summer vacation / Paid vacation, etc. Annual holidays 125 days
