ISのハンズオンリーダーシップを積極的に行い、情報技術インフラストラクチャとコンピュータシステムの管理、ISオペレーションのコントロールと評価、ISスタッフの管理などをご担当いただきます。
具体的には、
・ISスタッフ、プロジェクト、日常業務のマネージングおよび評価など
・ISO27001、Pマーク、会社の手順/方針、およびBCP(BIA指標)の目標に100%継続的に準拠することの保証
・プロジェクト要求の詳細な要求分析および適合する詳細な技術仕様の選定
・チームミーティングを企画・主導など
[Job description]
The IS Manager plays a key role in the company by proactively performing hands-on leadership of the IS and is responsible for managing information technology infrastructure and computer systems, controlling and evaluating IS operations and managing IS staff.
The IS Manager is regularly engaged in partnering with departments across the business in order to deliver IS solutions to all departments and clients, through proper management of cloud hardware, networks and systems security, increasing productivity, automation and providing excellent visibility and secure protection of data.
The IS Manager ensures the upkeep of the IS systems by coordinating the maintenance and housekeeping of IS assets in line with company policies and procedures and according to ISO 27001 and Japanese P-Mark certifications in conjunction with the Compliance team.
The IS Manager must align IS policies and procedures with objectives in areas such as Business Continuity Planning (BIA metrics) and strive to maintain critical systems at a 99.9% uptime.
Management of the local IS staff as well as managing suppliers, contractors and IS service provider relationships, and working closely with the Compliance team to ensure conformity and alignment with personal privacy and contractual terms. |

・情報セキュリティ分野での実務およびマネジメント経験
・コンピューターのハードウェア・ソフトウェアシステム、ネットワーク、ISセキュリティ(サイバー含む)対策・計画などの情報分析に関する優れた知識。
・データセンター管理とデータガバナンスの専門知識
・コンピュータネットワーク、ネットワーク管理、ネットワークのインストールと保護に関する実務経験
・ISおよびインフラ導入・保守のプロジェクト管理スキル
[Requirements]
- Native level Japanese
- Business level English
- Proven working experience as an IS manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of information analysis of computer hardware and software systems, networks, and IS security (including cyber) measures and planning.
- Expertise in datacenter management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installations and protections.
- Project management skills for IS and infrastructure implementation and maintenance. |
