■New graduate recruitment plan
Analyze the annual recruitment market and plan and develop recruitment strategies
■General recruitment practices
・Population formation: Planning and implementation of internships, events, information sessions, scouting work, etc.
・Recruitment interview: First interviewer in charge
・Other general business: applicant management, agent support, etc.

・Planning and drafting recruitment strategies
・Negotiations and relationships with recruitment media company personnel
・Conducting briefing sessions, document screening, scheduling and submitting interviews for executives and president
・Interviewer (in charge of first interview, up to pass/fail review)
・Scout-type recruitment activities and communication with candidate students
・Follow-up from acceptance of job offer to joining the company (various joining procedures, planning and implementation of job offer ceremony, follow-up of job offer candidates)
