The service was launched in September 2021 and achieved PMF in about one year; in September 2022, it completed a major fundraising of about JPY 4.4 billion under Series A, and in September 2023, it raised another JPY 13.5 billion (JPY 17.9 billion in total) as Series B. The company aims to provide IT outsourcing services in more than 100 countries by the end of 2025 by launching its domestic enterprise business and operations in 40 overseas countries, including the United States.

You will work with their representatives and management team to perform each HR function at a high level and lead the creation of an organisation that will lead to business growth.
