They produce maintenance manuals and instruction manuals for their customers, agricultural machinery and construction machinery manufacturers. Ultimately, this is a large-scale project that will reach people involved in infrastructure construction such as agriculture and forestry, construction, and road paving all over the world. In response to requests from manufacturers, their customers, they perform maintenance work on machines such as disassembly, inspection, replacement, and assembly, while also collecting and organizing information from various materials.
① Check the maintenance manual and instruction manual of the base model (office work)
In most cases, machines developed by manufacturers are made by partially modifying the base model. For this reason, we create maintenance manuals and instruction manuals requested by manufacturers by partially modifying the maintenance manuals and instruction manuals for the base model. First, start by understanding the contents of the maintenance manual and instruction manual for the base model.

②Collecting and organizing information from various materials (office work)
We collect information on changes from the base model by reading various information provided by the manufacturer, participating in meetings, and conducting interviews. Based on that, we will organize the information on where and how to change the maintenance manual/instruction manual.

③Confirmation and photography of maintenance procedures using actual equipment (work at the development base of the manufacturer, which is the customer)
The target machines have not yet been released, and the period and locations where you can check them out are limited. According to the schedule, we will conduct confirmation work on the actual machine at the manufacturer's development base. While disassembling, inspecting, replacing, and assembling newly developed machines, we will transcribe explanations of maintenance procedures. Maintenance manuals and instruction manuals use photographs and illustrations to make explanations easier to understand for readers. We will also take photos at this time.
*Currently, there are no overnight business trips, and we are assuming a weekday visit schedule.

④Data administration (office work)
Maintenance manuals and instruction manuals are produced using a dedicated document production system. By inputting data into the system, you can create maintenance manuals and instruction manuals without having any knowledge or sense of paper design.
