当社のフロントエンドエンジニアとして、現在提供しているクラウドCTIコールセンターシステムまたは、新規プロダクトであるAI音声サービスの開発をお任せします。
ご経験や志向性を考慮し、アサインするプロジェクトを決定します。
自社プロダクトのためエンジニアのアイディアも尊重した機能開発を行っており、最先端の技術を身に着けながらモダンな環境で開発を行っていただきます。
【開発する新規プロダクトについて】
これまで当社がコールセンター業界向けにサービス開発に取り組んできた知見を活かし「音声AI」の技術Google Speech APIを活用した「AI秘書代行」をイメージしたプロダクトの開発を行います。
ビジネスの現場ではまだまだ電話を使う場面が多く、AIの技術で働く人を支えていきたいと考えております。
■たとえば・・・
・自動応答の音声メッセージを自由に設定。電話に出られないタイミングでも自動で対応し、確認した内容をチャットで共有
・電話で話した内容の文字おこしを自動で行い、記録として保存
・留守番電話が残っていた際に留守番電話の内容をチャットアプリで通知する、
・会議中も折り返しを急ぐべき重要な電話かどうか、AIが判断するといった機能を想定しております。

Utilizing the knowledge that they have been working on service development for the call center industry, they will develop products with the image of "AI secretary agency" utilizing the "voice AI" technology Google Speech API.
In the field of business, there are still many situations where they use the telephone, and they would like to support people who work with AI technology.
■ For example ...
-Freely set voice messages for automatic response. Even when you can't answer the phone, it automatically responds and you can share the confirmed contents via chat.
・ Automatically transcribes what you say on the phone and saves it as a record
・ When there is an answering machine left, the chat app will notify you of the contents of the answering machine.
・ It is assumed that AI will determine whether the call is important and should be called back even during the meeting. |

・Webアプリケーション開発経験を目安として5年以上お持ちの方
・javascriptでの開発経験を目安として3年以上お持ちの方
・必要な日本語力:中国語話せない方はN2レベル程度が必要です。
中国語話せる方はN3レベル程度が必要です。
(日本語力検定を取得している必要はありません。)
