 仕事内容Job description |
バナナ・パイナップル・アボカドなどの青果物輸入・販売を行う当社にて、安全で高品質な「バナナ」を消費者に届けるために、品質に関わるあらゆる課題に対し、国内外多くのスタッフと連携して品質観点でサポートいただきます。
■業務例:
・「例年より傷みが多い」という状況を踏まえ、気温上昇や収穫時期等の原因特定を行い、海外生産者と対話を重ねて改善します。
・「雨が降って資材に水が入った」という状況について、輸送船の海外スタッフと協働で輸送方法を改善します。
・輸入されたバナナの荷下ろし～品質チェックも現場と協働で実施します(3時間/日程度)。
<Job Description>
In order to deliver safe and high quality "bananas" to consumers, you will provide support from a quality perspective in cooperation with many staff members in Japan and overseas.
■Example of work:
In response to the situation of "more damaged bananas than usual," we will identify the causes such as temperature increase and harvest time, and improve the situation through dialogues with overseas growers.
We will work with the overseas staff of the shipping company to improve the transportation method for the situation of "water in the materials due to rain.
We will also work with the field to unload imported bananas and check their quality (about 3 hours/day). |
