仕事内容Job description [Job description]
You will work on software development to a cross-functional agile team that will be responsible for developing mobile order products or platforms.
- Back-end development of various systems related to the mobile order platform (component development such as orders, IDs, store operations, external system linkage, etc.)
- Product development using mobile order platform (take-order products, etc.)
- Platform and product operations
- Technology selection and architecture consideration during development

The scope of development will vary depending on the team and position you are assigned to, but the company would like you to become more involved in the areas you want to be involved in. You can also focus on the backend or frontend, depending on your wishes and suitability.

[Development environment]
Each team decides how to proceed with the project, such as the team developing with Scurm and the team developing with KANBAN.

[About Members]
The company has formed development teams, each with its own mission, and each team is responsible for a variety of systems. One team is responsible for store operations and focuses on the design, development, and operation of systems for store equipment. Other teams are also developing the master data and ordering infrastructure that will form the core of the platform.

Each team is a cross-functional team, and each team will be responsible for everything from front-end to back-end and application development. Of course, communication with other teams is also an important element, and sometimes there are projects that involve multiple teams working together.

- High proficiency in any programming language or development field
- Ability to take ownership and move things forward

- Modern front-end development experience using virtual DOM
- Development experience with Vue.js or React
- Understanding DataBinding

- Experience in developing large-scale, high-load web services
- Experience in maintaining and operating web services
- Experience in driving continuous improvements to software.
- Experience leading a team or project
- High proficiency in statically typed languages
- Development and operation experience using microservice architecture
