仕事内容Job description As a sub store manager and sales promotion, the main responsibilities will include the following tasks
・Sales management of directly managed stores (multiple stores within the stadium)
・Training and mentoring of store staff
・Providing guidance for improvement of store operations
・Communication with business partners to strengthen relationships
・Activities to ensure smooth implementation of sales promotion activities and sales promotion planning (in-store merchandising, campaigns, etc.), etc.

・At least 5 years experience managing subordinates such as store managers
