 仕事内容Job description |
店舗サブマネージャー・販促として、下記業務を中心に担当。
・直営店舗の売上管理(スタジアム内複数店舗)
・ショップスタッフの指導・育成
・店舗オペレーションの改善指導
・取引先との関係強化のためのコミュニケーション
・販促活動を円滑に実施するための活動及び販促企画(店頭マーチャンダイジング、キャンペーンなど) ほか
As a sub store manager and sales promotion, the main responsibilities will include the following tasks
・Sales management of directly managed stores (multiple stores within the stadium)
・Training and mentoring of store staff
・Providing guidance for improvement of store operations
・Communication with business partners to strengthen relationships
・Activities to ensure smooth implementation of sales promotion activities and sales promotion planning (in-store merchandising, campaigns, etc.), etc. |

【必須要件】

・5年以上・店長など部下のマネジメント経験
・消費財小売経験
