大手企業のお客様がもつ課題を最先端のIT技術を用いて解決するプロジェクトのリードをフロントエンド・UI/UXの視点からお任せいたします。
■募集背景
昨今「エンドユーザーのサービス早期離脱を防止したい」「他類似サービスと一線を隔したい」など、お客様にとって正解が見えにくい課題を解決してほしいというご要望を、多数いただいております。
そこでお客様のビジネスを加速するサービス開発の実現に向けて、ほかを圧倒する品質ナレッジをベースとした、総合的なデジタルコンサルティングを行う部署を立ち上げました。
お客様の課題を解決するとともに、ユーザー目線で誰もが使いやすいWebサービスを迅速に世の中にリリースするためには、UXデザインとフロントコーディングの両面からリードできる人材が必要不可欠であるため、本ポジションを募集いたします。
■具体的な業務内容
当募集ポジションでは、フロントエンド領域におけるアーキテクチャの設計・実装、UI/UXデザインだけでなく、クライアントヒアリングやイメージやモックを用いた顧客折衝業務もご担当いただけます。
以下の言語/フレームワーク/ライブラリ/ツールなどを使用したデザインやフロントエンドアーキテクチャの設計・実装を行っていただきます。

You will be responsible for leading a project that uses cutting-edge IT technology to solve problems faced by major corporate customers from a front-end/UI/UX perspective.
■Recruitment background
Recently, the company has received many requests to solve problems that are difficult for customers to find answers to, such as ``preventing end users from leaving the service early'' and ``separating the service from other similar services.''
In order to develop services that accelerate our customers' businesses, they have established a department that provides comprehensive digital consulting based on our unparalleled quality knowledge.
In order to solve customers' problems and quickly release web services that are easy for anyone to use from a user's perspective, it is essential to have people who can lead from both UX design and front coding, so they are hiring for this position.
■Specific work content
In this position, you will be responsible for not only architecture design and implementation and UI/UX design in the front-end area, but also client interviews and customer negotiations using images and mocks.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing designs and front-end architectures using the following languages/frameworks/libraries/tools.

【必須条件】
・3年程度のフロントエンドエンジニアとしての実務経験
・Photoshop、Illustrator、XD、sketchのアプリケーションの使用経験
・日本語力(目安N2程度)*外国籍の方の場合
【歓迎条件】
・アジャイル開発体制に参加する形でのデザイン経験
・プロトタイプデザインの制作やクライアント折衝経験
[Requirements]
・Approximately 3 years of practical experience as a front-end engineer
・Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, sketch applications
・Japanese proficiency (approximately N2 level) *For foreign nationals
[Preferred requirements]
・Design experience by participating in an agile development system
・Experience in creating prototype designs and negotiating with clients |
