仕事内容Job description [Job description]
1. Source new partners and products (domestic and outbound market);, clearly delivering the TRIP brand value to business partners to ensure we have the best offering in the market
2. Work closely with our marketing, content and product teams to grow the overall performance of your product mix
3. Successfully deliver on product portfolio and sales targets, as well as other strategic KPIs
4. Create marketing seasonal/theme campaigns, communication plans and prepare message content;
5. Execute online and offline campaign activities, work with various departments to ensure the plan is in place;
6. Other assignment and project from supervisor.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. 3+ years Business development/ operation/ marketing background
3. Have a global mindset; Strong interpersonal skills - able to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with various cultural backgrounds
4. Proven negotiating and influencing skills; comfortable managing conflicts while maintaining relationships.
5. Self-starter and ability to work independently to achieve goals while also being able to operate as part of a team.
6. Fluent Chinese Communication Skills - Both Verbal and Written
7. Occasional Travel Required
