【お仕事の内容】
遺伝子専門の衛生検査所で、NGS解析結果をもとにした研究、NIPTを行っている医療機関との共同研究、新規NIPT検査技術開発、論文読解、論文作成をお任せします。
・精度管理(CAPの管理)
・NGSからのTarget seq Dataの解析パイプライン作成
・NGSデータ解析を中心とした、新遺伝子検査方法の開発
・NIPTを行っている医療機関との共同研究
・微量DNAデータ解析
・試薬管理
・検体管理
[Job description]
They are a health laboratory specializing in genetic testing, and we can entrust you with research based on NGS analysis results, joint research with medical institutions that conduct NIPT, development of new NIPT testing techniques, reading and writing papers.
・Accuracy control (management of CAP)

・Development of new genetic testing methodologies with a focus on NGS data analysis

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:中級(日常会話レベル)
・遺伝子検査および研究経験者(ドライ)
専攻:分子生物学・医学・農学・薬学など関連分野
【歓迎要件】
・2年以上のバイオインフォマティックス経験
・学術論文執筆の経験、バイオインフォマティクス関連の修士号・博士号取得者
・NGSデータ解析経験
・医療統計に関連する知識
[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability:Daily conversation level
・Experience in genetic testing and research (Dry)
・Major: Molecular biology, medicine, agriculture, pharmacy, and other related fields
[Preferred requirements]
・Minimum of 2 years' experience in bioinformatics
・Experience in writing academic papers, Master's degree or PhD in bioinformatics related field
・Experience in NGS data analysis
・Knowledge related to medical statistics |
