- 成長テーマフォーカスであり、一般的なオペレーション改革プロジェクトは稀
- ほぼ全てのプロジェクトは、成長性・収益性・持続性の観点で戦略を立案する
- また、M&Aに関連した専門知識・業務経験を積むことができる
・特に以下のオファリングを中心にクライアントに価値提供を実施
- 事業トランスフォーメーション/イノベーション創出支援
- 経営変革支援
- 成長戦略策定支援
- 中期経営計画策定、各種実行支援
※ご経験によって、下記の適切なポジションから勤務スタートいただきます
・Strategic planning and implementation support for realizing corporate and business growth
- Growth theme focus, general operational reform projects are rare
- Almost all projects plan strategies from the perspective of growth potential, profitability and sustainability
- In addition, you can acquire specialized knowledge and work experience related to M&A
・Provide value to clients, especially in the following offerings
- Support for business transformation/innovation creation
- Management transformation support
- Growth strategy formulation support
- Formulation of medium-term management plan, various execution support
