仕事内容Job description [Job description]
・Develop a hypothesis of the client's human resource development issues.
・Conduct interviews with the client's stakeholders to verify the hypothesis, structure the requirements, and understand the issues.
・Draw a roadmap for solving the issues, combine internal and external training content and services, and propose solutions to the client.
・Design and implement operational processes for the proposed solution
・Review the implemented solutions with the client and propose improvements for the next round
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability: Business
・English conversation skills above daily English conversation (TOEIC score of 700 or CEFR B1 high or above)

(Experience in one or more of the following)
・At least 3 years of experience in defining requirements and writing proposals to solve client issues or at least 2 years of experience in human resource development in an HR department.
・Experience in global business and strong interest in human resource development

[Preferred requirements]
・Experience in proposing global human resource development training and English language training programs to corporations.
・Experience of living overseas, such as living in a foreign country, studying abroad, etc.
