■必須要件
・ファージディスプレイの知識、経験
・遺伝子工学・進化分子工学・タンパク質工学・バイオ医薬品開発のいずれか分野における豊富な経験
・生命科学系分野における学位またはそれと同等の経験
・4年以上のウェットラボでの実務経験
■歓迎要件
・ファージディスプレイ・mRNA/cDNAディスプレイ実験の経験
・無細胞翻訳系を用いた実験の経験
・AKTA・ELISA・Biacore・OCtetの経験
・次世代シーケンサー(NGS)の経験
・バイオインフォマティクス、特に配列解析の経験
■ Requirements

・ Experience of phage display
・ Abundant experience in any of the fields of genetic engineering, evolutionary molecular engineering, protein engineering, and biopharmacy development
・ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of life sciences
・ Over 4 years of work experience in a wet lab
■ Preferred requirements
・ Experience of mRNA / cDNA display experiment
・ Experience of experiments using cell-free translation system
・ Experience of AKTA ・ ELISA ・ Biacore ・ OCtet
・ Experience of next-generation sequencer (NGS)
・ Experience in bioinformatics, especially sequence analysis
・ Business level or above English proficiency |
