クライアントのサービスや商品が世の中で広く知られるように、人々の生活に浸透する各メディアへの露出戦略、PRプランを策定し、クライアントへ企画提案します。
また担当プロジェクトの内容に応じてテレビ、新聞、雑誌、Web媒体等あらゆるメディアに対して担当クライアントの様々な情報(商品・サービス・キャンペーンなど)を取り上げて頂けるよう提案します。
2012年に台湾設立以来成長をし続けており、在台湾日系PR会社でもトップの事業規模です。PR部門の他にデジタル部門があり、クライアントに対して幅広いソリューションを提供しています。
社員は総勢約20名で、そのうちの約80%が台湾ローカルスタッフ、社内言語は日本語と中国語がベースです。

We formulate exposure strategies and PR plans for the client's services and products in order to make them widely known throughout the world and to penetrate into people's daily lives.
Depending on the project, we also make proposals for the client's various information (products, services, campaigns, etc.) to be featured in various media such as TV, newspapers, magazines, and web media.
In addition to the PR department, we also have a digital department that provides a wide range of solutions to our clients.
We have about 20 employees, of which about 80% are local Taiwanese staff, and our internal language is based on Japanese and Chinese. |

【お仕事の内容】
クライアントのサービスや商品を世の中に広めるために、マスメディア露出、Webメディア露出、リアルイベントなどのあらゆる手段から最適なソリューションを考え提案を行います。
具体的には、クライアントのサービスや商品の目指したい方向性を把握し、戦略ストーリーの創造、実現のためのメディア分析、露出戦略立案などを行い、
PRプランとしてクライアントに提案をします。受注後は社内でプロジェクトチーム(3名～5名程度)を作り、プロジェクトマネジメントを行います。
台湾スタッフとともに、クライアントファーストの視点に立ち最適なソリューションを考えていく役割を担います。
ローカルスタッフとディスカッションを重ねることは時に容易ではないこともありますが、同時に非常にやりがいのある業務です。

【必須要件】
・日本語力:ビジネスレベル
・大卒かつ就業経験2年以上(※台湾VISA取得のため必須)
・海外拠点で働く意欲の高い方(基本的には台湾勤務)
・営業経験がある方
・マーケティング関連事業での勤務経験が1年以上ある方
(広告代理店・デジタルマーケ、SP関連、事業会社のマーケティング/宣伝・広告/広報・PR/コーポレートコミュニケーション関連部署)
【歓迎要件】
・中国語が基礎レベル以上あること
・長く台湾で働きたいと考える人
・旅行関連の知識を豊富にお持ちの方(特にインバウンドについては大歓迎です!)
[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability:Business
・University graduate with at least 2 years of work experience (*Required to obtain a Taiwan VISA)
・Highly motivated to work in an overseas office (working in Taiwan)
・Experience in sales and marketing
・At least 1 year of experience working in a marketing related business.
(Advertising agency, digital marketing, SP related, marketing/advertising/public relations/PR/corporate communications related departments of a business company)
[Preferred requirements]
Must have at least a basic level of Chinese.
