■必須要件
・マイクロ流路の経験
・分子生物学、遺伝子工学、タンパク質工学、生物物理のいずれかの分野における十分な実験経験
・英語もしくは日本語で業務遂行に必要なコミュニケーションが取れること
■歓迎要件
・ファージディスプレイ・mRNA/cDNAディスプレイ実験の経験
・無細胞翻訳系を用いた実験の経験
・マイクロ流路の取扱経験
・セルソーター、フローサイトメータの経験
・物理化学、分析化学分野での実験経験
・分光測定 (UV-VIS、蛍光、FTIR、一分子検出、FCSなど)の経験
・光学顕微鏡の経験
・実験・測定装置の開発経験(特にマイクロ流路設計、光学設計、測定自動化)
■ Requirements
・Experience in microfluidics
・Sufficient experimental experience in any of the fields of molecular biology, genetic engineering, protein engineering, or biophysics
・Ability to communicate in English or Japanese.
■ Preferred requirements
・Experience in phage display and mRNA/cDNA display experiments
・Experience in experiments using a cell-free translation system
・Experience handling microfluidics
・Experience with cell sorter and flow cytometer
・Experimental experience in the fields of physical chemistry and analytical chemistry
・Experience in spectroscopic measurements (UV-VIS, fluorescence, FTIR, single-molecule detection, FCS, etc.)
・Experience with optical microscope
・Development experience of experimental/measurement equipment (especially microfluidic design, optical design, measurement automation) |
