事業拡大に伴い、機械学習・数理最適化等を用いたアルゴリズム開発を担っていただくエンジニアを募集します。
コンサルタント、ソフトウェアエンジニアとチームを組み、ナショナルクライアントを中心に様々な業界の課題を解決するソリューション・プロダクトを開発していただきます。
最先端技術を用いてビジネスを改善していくプロセスに関心がある方を歓迎します。
・ビジネス上の課題、制約条件に適したアルゴリズムの提案
・ユースケースに合わせた機械学習エンジンの設計、実装、分析結果等のレポーティング
・Web API等へのアルゴリズムの組み込み
※過去事例:個人与信推定、金融機関向けの不正取引検知、小売や流通における需要予測とオペレーションの最適化、故障検知、レコメンドエンジン等

[Job description]
As our business expands, we are looking for an engineer to develop algorithms using machine learning and mathematical optimization.
You will form a team with consultants and software engineers to develop solution products that solve problems in various industries, mainly for national clients.
We welcome those who are interested in the process of improving business using cutting-edge technology.
・Proposal of algorithms suitable for business issues and constraints
・Reporting of design, implementation, and analysis results of machine learning engines according to use cases
・Incorporation of algorithms into Web API, etc.
*Past examples: Personal credit estimation, fraudulent transaction detection for financial institutions, demand forecasting and operation optimization in retail and distribution, failure detection, recommendation engine, etc.

・アルゴリズムの提案から社会実装までを担うことへの興味
・機械学習や数理最適化等に関連する開発の経験
・テーブルデータの集計や分析等の経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
【歓迎要件】
・AWS等のクラウド環境での開発経験
・データ分析に関わる説明資料や報告資料等のレポート作成の経験
・Kaggle等のデータサイエンスコンペティションでの実績
・論文執筆や特許出願の経験
