大手企業とのDX推進と自社プロダクト開発に携わりながら、ベトナムのエンジニアをマネジメントしていただきます。
今後、本格化していくプロダクト開発にプレイヤーとしても携わりながら、ベトナムエンジニアをマネジメントすることによって開発を加速していただきたい重要ポジションです。

ベトナムエリアのオフショア開発エンジニアのマネジメントを行いながら、開発をリードしていただきます。

[Job Description]
You will manage the Vietnamese engineer while being involved in the in-house product development, a DX consulting company.
Currently, the company has a development team of 1 PM, 1 BrSE, and 4-6 Vietnamese engineers.
It is an important position to accelerate development by managing Vietnamese engineers while also being involved as a player in product development that is going into full swing in the future.
You will lead the development while managing the offshore development engineers in the Vietnam area.

【必須条件】
・ソフトウェア開発の経験
・ベトナム語スキル(ネイティブレベル。現地の商習慣やエンジニアのキャリアに精通していること)
・日本語スキル(日本のマネジメントチームと技術やビジネスについて打ち合わせができる会話力と、日本語の資料やドキュメントを理解できる読解力が必要です。JLPTレベルだと、N2以上が目安です。)

・フロントエンドの開発経験(ReactやUnityなど)
・CADの使用経験や開発経験
・数学(ベクトル・三角関数など)の理解

・ Experience in software development
・ Vietnamese skills (native level. Familiarity with local business practices and engineer careers)
・ Japanese language skills (You need conversation skills to discuss technology and business with the Japanese management team, and reading comprehension skills to understand Japanese materials and documents. At JLPT level, N2 or higher is a guide.)

・ Development experience using C # and .net
