In this position, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the overall development of projects provided by GWES, a software package solution developed in-house with a focus on logistics.

This is a project to visualize warehouse operations, inventory allocation, and resource optimization to improve efficiency, standardize warehouse operations, and provide new suggestions to managers as part of logistics strategy formulation and digitalization concept planning. The project will involve a wide range of activities from requirement definition, development, and implementation support, with a view to introducing AI-based solutions to managers. Their clients are mainly progressive and challenging companies that position logistics as their core area.
仕事内容Job description [Job description]
1. Support software implementation projects (70%)
- Creation and review of requirement definition documents and basic design documents
- Calculation of man-hours/preparation of quotations
- Client support (interviews, etc.) as needed
- Give work instructions to subcontractors (development vendors) and confirm acceptance of deliverables.
- Development progress report

2. Product development support (30%)
- Generalize functions added in the project and provide feedback to the product.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- N1 level Japanese language skills
- More than 3 years of experience in development (including program design)
Experience in dealing with customers (hearing requirements, making inquiries, etc.)

[Preferred requirements]
1. experience as a project leader regarding system implementation (small number of people, small scale is OK)
2. knowledge of various knowledge and skills
　　- Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows
　　- Programming languages: Programming languages used for web service development
　　 (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
　　- Knowledge of DB: Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL skills
　　- Web server knowledge: knowledge of Tomcat, Nginx, etc.
　　- Knowledge of AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, etc.
3. experience in logistics-related system development
4. Qualifications related to project management (PMP, Project Manager Examination (PM))
