■Job details
① Management of own organization
You will be responsible for managing company's organization, educating employees, planning own business, etc.
②Promotion of analytics/AI projects
You will analyze issues (risk management/profit model construction) in a wide range of industries such as finance/communications/EC/retail/real estate using the latest technologies such as AI and provide consulting. They mainly deal with high-class projects (high-value orders).

<Specifically>
・Mainly engaged in three areas: PM, analysis, and consulting
・Analyze through dialogue with clients as a PM
・Responsible for various projects from building AI models to solving management issues, and also in charge of new business planning and business promotion using data.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]It is not necessary to meet all requirements, but Japanese is required.
One of the following is required
・Experience as a project manager in data analysis and consulting (2 or more)
・Experience in a series of data analysis operations using machine learning technology (multiple)
・Knowledge of statistical analysis/machine learning technology
・Python (or R)/SQL programming skills
・Basic business skills (presentation/material creation/logical thinking, etc.)
・ Required Japanese ability: Business level or above

[Preferred requirements]
・Deep domain knowledge/expertise for specific industries
・Experience in data analysis using BI tools etc.
・IT knowledge at the level of a basic information processing engineer
・English skills
