[Recruitment background]
This company provides and develops its own store system used in 76 men's and women's stores.
The company updated the system in 2020, and are currently carrying out requirements definition, design, and development as secondary development for requests from stores and the addition of functions related to DX.
In the future, it is necessary for our services to continue to evolve in line with the dynamically changing market, and for the various information systems that support them, such as store systems, to evolve accordingly. Therefore, we decided to recruit experienced software developers and strengthen their development system.
仕事内容Job description [Job Description]
Regarding our store system and monthly billing system, we investigate the content of improvements based on requests from the field and formulate specifications.
For small-scale projects, we handle everything from program development to testing and production environment release.
For large-scale projects, we will communicate with outsourcing vendors, adjust detailed specifications, and conduct acceptance tests on the delivered source code.

In the future, we are looking for people who aim to become full-stack engineers who can handle everything from upstream to downstream development.

・Development experience using a programming language (OS: Windows, Linux / Language: PHP, JavaScript, C#, Visual Basic, Python, or other open language)

・Experience in building/operating a data lake (Snowflake)
・Experience in team development using GitLab
